Our courtroom practice is generally limited to in and around Harris and Montgomery counties, although we have clients  throughout the USA and abroad.

Roughly 85% of our practice is litigation.  Anything that may ultimately require a judicial determination is usually considered a litigation matter.
 
Most of our litigation is in the commercial area.  We also handle a wide variety of commercial collections.  Most of our transactional work is in the preparation of documents and agreements required for business.

We are familiar with many lawyers that regularly practice in areas we rarely cover.  When our clients need legal assistance in those areas, we will either refer our clients to them or bring the other counsel in to assist.  In every instance, that is done with the full knowledge, and agreement, of our client.
